Location

The exclusive game reserve of Sabi Sabi Lodges in South Africa borders the famous Kruger National Park, the largest game reserve in South Africa. The national park is located in the north-east of the country. The Sabi Sabi Lodges owe their name to the two rivers, Sabie and Sand, which supply the reserve with life-giving water. There is no real border with the Kruger National Park, so the animals can come and go unhindered. This gives guests of the Sabi Sabi Hotel the opportunity to meet the so-called "Big Five". The area is particularly well known for its high population of cats - leopards are especially common here.

Activities

Most guests at the lodges come to marvel at South Africa's unique nature and wildlife, which brings them closer to this wonderful world in a variety of ways. Daily safaris are offered through the reserve. No hunting has taken place here for over 50 years, allowing the animals to reclaim the area. With a bit of luck, you will come across elephants, lions, rhinos, buffaloes, leopards and many other fascinating animals. The safaris are led by expert rangers who are happy to share their knowledge. The safaris are characterised by the greatest respect for South Africa's nature. The lodges offer other exciting exploration tours through nature - for example birding tours and photo safaris. The "Earth Lodge" and the "Bush Lodge" also have spa facilities. Children are also particularly welcome at Sabi Sabi Bush Lodges. Numerous activities are offered to give even the youngest guests a feeling for the beauty of nature.
