On a Cape Town City Tour in a double-decker, a boat tour or even from a helicopter - there are many ways to discover the sights of Cape Town. These undoubtedly include Table Mountain, the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, but also Long Street with its variety of pubs, bars and restaurants. Or take a trip to the surrounding wine region and enjoy a culinary day in Stellenbosch.
The coastal town of Hermanus
Drive along the coast in a hire car to the beautiful coastal town of Hermanus. Here you will spend the night in picturesque surroundings at one of the best places for whale watching. With a bit of luck, you can watch the giants in Walker Bay from land or take a boat trip. Many exciting activities such as quad bike tours, kayaking or hikes to explore the flora and fauna await you here.
De Hoop Nature Reserve
Today you continue along the marvellous Garden Route. Take your time, make as many stops as you like and enjoy the picturesque landscape of this route. You will then receive a warm welcome at De Hoop Nature Reserve. Surrounded by nature with a view of the ocean, you can look forward to two relaxing days here. Treat yourself to some peace and quiet with a walk on the beach or explore the nature reserve on a mountain bike tour. You can marvel at the underwater world while snorkelling. If you prefer to stay on land, you can go in search of around 260 bird species.
Plettenberg Bay
On your way to Plettenberg Bay you will pass the Cango Cave, a cave system that is definitely worth a visit. In Plettenberg Bay itself, a beautiful coastal town with a lovely beach for swimming awaits you. From here you can embark on exciting excursions such as a visit to the Tsitsikamma National Park, which stretches along the coast and delights with its lush and diverse vegetation.
Safari in the Eastern Cape
In the morning, you will continue your journey to one of the game reserves. On arrival, you will have time to settle into your room before setting off on your first safari in the afternoon. In addition to the Big 5, numerous other wild animals live here and are waiting to be discovered by you. In the morning and afternoon, you have the opportunity to explore the landscape and its inhabitants on classic game drives. You can also take part in bush walks to discover the smaller, inconspicuous things of the African bush.
